Design is the most important stage in the implementation of any construction project. We have extensive practical experience in developing our own projects of all complexity categories, from small villas to apartment complexes. All our projects are created taking into account the location of the land plot for development. A number of building characteristics may differ depending on where exactly the house is being built - in close proximity to the sea, i.e. in a Mediterranean climate, near the mountains, where the climate is already continental and the terrain is different, or in a city with a high density of development.
