Payment terms:

• 20% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement;

the remaining 80% of the cost – installment without bank participation, under the developer's agreement:

• installments up to 1 year are offered with no price increase
• for installments up to 3 years from the agreement date – price increase of 3.5% per annum
• for installments from 3 to 5 years from the agreement date – price increase of 6.5% per annum
• for installments from 5 to 7 years from the agreement date – price increase of 9.7% per annum

Installments are made in quarterly or semi-annual payments.
Maintenance fee: €15.50 with VAT per sq.m.
